Bff Spinach and Artichoke Dip

ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1.5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs (except I never use all of the breadcrumbs)
directions
- Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels. Squeeze out as much of the water as you can.
- Drain and chop artichokes.
- Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
- Spoon into lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve with assorted crackers or bread sticks, or my favorite is tortilla chips.

This recipe is delicious! Wonderful garlic flavor. I've had the exact version before, but this time I omitted the bread crumbs, and threw everything in the crock pot on hi until it got melty, stirred it all together thoroughly, then cut it back to low to keep it hot for my party guests. I also had to settle for a 14 oz can of chokes, because my store didn't have the 6 oz jars, and that worked just fine. Thanks for the recipe!
