- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup mustard powder
- 2 large eggs

- Mix brown sugar, mustard powder and flour in a small saucepan.
- Add eggs, vinegar and water, whisk until smooth.
- Continue whisking over med-low heat until it boils, reduce to low, stir 2-3 more minutes or until thickened.
- Keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
