ingredients
- lemon juice
- 1 (1 lb) bag frozen cooked shrimp, drained
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 scallion, cut up
- 2 stalks celery, cut fine
directions
- Squirt shrimp with lemon juice, set aside. Make sauce with all other ingredients & pour over shrimp. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.

CONGRATULATIONS SB6 on your Week 7 FB Pool Win-2009!! Made this over the weekend for the game Sunday and I was really pleased with how well it turned out. I had a similar recipe but wanted to try this one. It is simple and delicious and the whole bowl was gone in about 30 minutes. The family really enjoyed it and I enjoyed the ease of the recipe.
