I used unsalted butter, buttermilk and canola oil. I then whipped it in my Kitchen Aid until it got to the right consistancy. I used this "butter" for Boursin cheese Spread Boursin Cheese Spread. It taste great. I froze the rest for a later recipe. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Beat in buttermilk and oil.
  3. Pack in cups or lidded bowls.
  4. Excellent!
  5. Do not use to fry.
