The same grilled cheese with healthier ingredients!! The extra spices really give it a kick.
- 2 slices rye bread
- 2 slices fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Spread the mustard on both slices of bread.
- Sprinkle on the paprika and chopped Basil.
- Add the cheese and tomatoes in alternating layers.
- Toast (or Grill if you have a sandwich press).
- Coat the Press with a spray of Pam if desired.
