These burgers don't shrink very much, and the higher lean portion of the meat, the less shrinkage. If you use turkey burger, check the fat percentage as much of it is as high OR HIGHER than hamburger.
- Mix thoroughly using a fork so as not to toughen the meat.
- Form into 4-6 hamburgers. These will stay the same size or get a little thicker so make them thin.
- Spray pan with Pam.
- Cook over medium for 12 minutes, 6 minutes per side.
