Made for lunch today, delish! I used frozen butter beans from last years garden. Next time I'll cut back on the tomatoes, just a personal preference. Made for 123 tag, will certainly make again.

I did a little less thatn a half serve of this using one can of beans and breakfast bacon in place of ham, I only had red capsicum so used that instaed of green and dded a small sprinkle of chicken salt for the seasoning. This made for a really tasty side dish to our fish dinner. Thanks!
