Terrific recipe! I usually make bruschetta with only garlic, but I really enjoyed the addition of red onion. Unfortunately, had to eliminate the Romano and Asiago cheeses due to lactose problems, but it still was absolutely delicious. Thanks for posting.

Thank you so much for posting this recipe ! My sister made this for a family dinner as an appetizer and honestly that is all I wanted to eat ! It is refreshing and yummy! For a time saving feature, she shredded the cheese and added it in with the tomato mixture and served it on top of the bread. I too have made this recipe and it tastes great either way! THANKS AGAIN.
OH MY GOSH!!! This is the best recipe I've found for bruschetta! I only used 1/3C. purple onion and didn't use the asiago or romano cheeses (to cut back on fat). I took this for a potluck and came back with NONE!Rave reviews!
