I used a mix of cheeses on hand and this was a fabulous recipe! Very easy and the perfect comfort food for a cold February evening! This is great paired with smoked sausage links.

My 7 and 4 yr old willingly and happily devoured this- and asked for MORE!!!!!! I tend to not be exact when following a recipe- I may have added a pinch of Adobo seasoning or garlic etc. I omitted the cracker crumb topping.
This was very good. I'll probably add pepper the next time, and maybe even cut the cabbage into "chunks" rather than wedges. Very nice recipe, Dorel.
First of all I love cabbage. Cooked that is. I never even thought of putting cheese sauce on it. I have you know it is wonderful. Nothing to change at all. It is just very good. I loved it. Hugs
