Beth's Asian Salad

"There are lots of asian salad recipes. This is one my sister-in-law always brings to family gatherings. This is the only one I've ever tried but I really like it. I'm guessing as to the ounce size of the cabbage. I don't have one handy and it wouldn't let me put just a bag in ingredients."

  • Mix first 4 ingredients together.
  • Mix last 4 ingredients together mixing well.
  • Add to cabbage mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

He's a good sport with my recipe experiments. Most of the time he likes what I make. I can always tell 'cause if he doesn't like it he won't go for seconds which he almost always does.</span></p> <p><span style=color: #993366;>I have 2 stepsons that are all grown up. One is in college &amp; the other is in the Army. I'm very proud of both of them. I love to bake but don't do it much anymore since there's only 2 of us.</span></p> <p><span style=color: #993366;>I'm trying to cook a little more healthy. That can really be a challenge. I love the recipes on this site. So many ideas! The one thing I really don't like to do though is use low or no fat stuff. Most of it is just yucky!!<br /></span></p>
