- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup carrot juice, chilled
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen, unsweetened, quartered
- 1⁄3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- Combine mango and carrot juice in blender.
- Add strawberries and red bell pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top with a swirl of carrot strips, if desired, and serve immediately.
