I had this at a restaurant and re-created it. It is the best veggie sandwich that I have ever had. It is perfectly moist and the flavors blend very well.
- 2 slices rye bread (you can use other, but rye is best)
- 1⁄8 red onion (sliced thin)
- 1⁄2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 7 -8 kalamata olives
- 1⁄4 cup guacamole
- 1⁄8 cup thousand island dressing
- Spread one slice of bread with guacamole.
- Spread the other slice with thousand Island.
- Assemble your sandwich with the rest of the ingerdients. Enjoy!
