My kids love these. I have to double the recipe because they like to have leftovers to reheat.

These are truly amazing. I added a bit of Mrs. Dash along with the rest of the ingredients, but followed it otherwise. Very delicious!

Great potato. I baked 3 potatoes and used one slice of bacon, but the rest as written. Served them with a great BBQ steak and Frosted Cauliflower.

I had potatoes I needed to use, so I made this for lunch today for myself and my 5 kids. Very easy and yummy. All of my potatoes and potato pieces stayed together so we had potato skins too! Thanks!

This was a fairly simple and very tasty recipe. I used 3 large potatoes, didn't need to add the milk when mashing. I mixed the bacon with the potato mixture and added some chives for a little onion flavor. Went great with our steak. Will make again!

These are the best!!! Just like Mama used to make. I always, at the very least, double this recipe, even if there are only a few for dinner. Either there are none left or guests want to take one home for lunch the next day (I think they go straight home and eat them :)) However, I always bake the potatoes first, not microwave them...the skins are crispier (I love to eat the skins!).

Best twice baked potatoes ever! They've been requested by family members more then once. Thank you for one of my favorite recipes!
