      Simple, easy and tasty. I took a nice T-bone steak and let it marinate overnight. I grilled the steak on my Cuisinart grill to a perfect medium-rare. The steak turned out tender, juicy and very, very flavorful. I didn't need to use any steak sauce, but still couldn't give up my horseradish sauce. Served with Gingered Sugar Snap Peas - Australia and Best Buttermilk Biscuits.

      I used this with petite sirloin fillets. The meat was put into the marinade in the morning and then grilled in the early evening. They were well flavored. Made for ZWT 8.

      Now we know why this is a family favorite. My dh & I both enjoyed the marinade very much, it was sooo good. I bbq a sirloin steak that had marinaded for 8 hours. It was awesome, so much flavor and beautifully tenderized. Made exactly as written, although I did use fresh minced garlic and fresh herbs from my garden, which worked really well in this dish. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will use often. Made for the Fearless Red Dragons - ZWT8 - Australia.

      Marinaded a flank steak for about 10 hours. Very flavorful and added beautiful color to the steak. Made for ZWT8 trip to Australia / New Zealand. Thanks Lynn!

      Wonderful marinade!!! I made 1/2 of the recipe to use on 2 steaks. I followed the recipe as written except I cut the basil in 1/2, as I felt it would overpower the other ingredients. Thanks for sharing a simple & quick recipe. Made for ZWT8.

      I omitted the hot sauce because of my son. I used less basil. I thought it would be too much. The steaks were in the marinade maybe 6 hours. They had a wonderful taste. Thanks Lynn :) Made for the Australian Recipe Swap for June 2012
