- 2 cups spinach
- 1⁄4 cup black beans
- 1⁄2 cup bell pepper
- 1 cup Asian pear
- 1 hardboiled egg
- 1⁄2 cup avocado
- 2 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup carrot
directions
- Dice bell pepper, asian pear, egg and avocado. Toss together and serve.
