    This is my neighbor Bill's recipe. He made it while we were up at his cabin. Update- After looking at this again i realized that there is no amount specified for the seasoning salt. It has to be very small, just a quick dash.

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 5-6

    Yield:

    cups

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Crack all the eggs into a mixing bowl.
    2. 2
      Add half and half. Beat until well mixed.
    3. 3
      Sprinkle top of the eggs with seasoning salt. Stir well.
    4. 4
      Bake on low heat on stovetop until almost done. Add the cheese, cook until melted.

      Enjoy!
