This is my neighbor Bill's recipe. He made it while we were up at his cabin. Update- After looking at this again i realized that there is no amount specified for the seasoning salt. It has to be very small, just a quick dash.
- Crack all the eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Add half and half. Beat until well mixed.
- Sprinkle top of the eggs with seasoning salt. Stir well.
- Bake on low heat on stovetop until almost done. Add the cheese, cook until melted.
These eggs are simply delicious and so easy to make. They're great for a quick dinner or breakfast. Thanks for posting.
