Best Pumpkin Pie

"I like this recipe mainly for its delicious taste, but also because it is very easy and quick to prepare. The filling is ample so use a 9-in. pie pan. The preparation time I designated does not include making your own crust."

  • Stir the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar together. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread in the baked crust.
  • Pour 1 cup milk in a bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding, brown sugar and spices.
  • Beat 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
