Best Pepperoni Lassagna

A neighbor once shared this recipe, and it has been a hit with my family ever since! Easy to make, great for serving guests or a hungry family!

  1. Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse and allow a few minutes to cool.
  2. While lasagna noodles are cooking, brown ground beef in a frying pan until cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Mix together in a bowl cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and 1 8 oz package of shredded mozzarella.
  4. Place 3 lasagna noodles in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mix evenly over the noodles. Then put 1/2 of the cooked ground beef, followed by 1/2 of the pepperoni slices and 1/2 of the provolone slices. Repeat layers starting with the lasagna noodles, then place 3 lasagna noodles on the top.
  5. Pour spaghetti sauce over lasagna, then top off with 8 oz shredded mozzarella.
  6. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
