These were OK, but I preferred Super Nutty Cookies (Wheat Free-Lactose Free), which was eveen softer because it called for brown sugar and baking soda - also, I preferred almond butter to peanut butter.

Excellent! I used half a cup of sugar and then put in an additional tablespoon to stiffen the dough. It worked great! These are the best and definitely the easiest cookies. I love the fact that they don't require a laundry list of ingredients. I am amazed at how many cookie recipes require sooo many ingredients and don't taste half as great as these. These were gone before the second batch were out of the oven! Be sure to let them cool a few moments before removing from the pan, they are pretty fragile right out of the oven. Don't hesitate, try them out!

i've made these several times! i like the fact that you can whip them together in no time and the ingrediants are always on hand at our house. i put my fork into sugar and then press them - it just gives a little extra hit of sugar.

These are incredible and always go very well at my place. I also add a tsp. of vanilla essence to the batter. Wonderful chewy and yummy cookies!
