I am in love. These cookies are the perfect chewy, crunchy combo not too spicy and not too sweet. They remind me of the spice cookies you see this time of year but soo much better. I only made a single batch but I won't make that mistake again.

Utterly delicious - ate the first one still warm off the wire rack. Thank you for sharing. Only worry is that they might not be good for my teeth or my diet but they are extremely delicious. I don't like cloves so just added an extra 1/2 tsp of ginger.

FANTASTIC! It is the perfect cookie recipe, cheap to make & easy to make, easy to clean up, uses what I always have on hand and is so so delicious. They are perfect with a cup of Earl Grey and wont be lasting long in my house. I also think they are the perfect cookie for a Christmas cookie tray as well. Thank you for sharing!
