  1. what can I say...fantastic marinade thanks!

  2. Wow, this was just perfect. I doubled the recipe for my three steaks (in the photos). I dumped everything into a ziploc, and that was placed inside of a cup, so it would be propped up. I dumped the steaks in and placed all that in a bowl to marinate. It was so good. One of the best I've had. I used the same mixture the next day with the left over steak, added some broccoli and chopped up red peppers and made a wrap. I used frozen garlic (bought at Whole Foods). I always have frozen garlic on hand!

  3. This was very good - quite pungent and a strong flavor. The Worcestershire is pronounced, but the herbs & garlic also shone. I marinated about 24 hours because I had cube steaks and I hoped they might tenderize a bit. This marinade really did help! I will use this again.

  4. Would like to have this when it gets warmer out.

  5. I have a ton of rosemary and thyme in my garden that I'm always looking to use up, so this recipe is a keeper! I made the marinade in the morning, came home and cooked the steaks for dinner and they were great! The fresh herbs really give the steak a nice flavor.
