Very moist!!!! I've enjoyed using recipezzar for years. I've had this recipe for about 20 years, and I wanted to share it with everyone.
- 6 bananas (really ripe and mashed)
- 946.36 ml sugar
- 4 eggs
- 314.66 ml oil
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 946.36 ml all-purpose flour
- 12.32 ml baking soda
- 236.59 ml nuts, chopped
- Mix first 6 ingredients then add flour, soda, nuts. Grease 3 loaf pans. Pour
- mixture into pans. Bake 325 degreees for 1 1/2 hour or until done.
It was so yummy! I used only half since it's just two of us, and poured it bunt cake dish. It came out fluffy and yummy. Thanks for sharing!
