Great marinade! We used it on pork blade steaks. Made the marinade in the morning and let sit in the fridge until it was time to grill. Great flavor! I can only imagine that an overnight rest would be even better. I was out of garlic salt, so instead I used 1 tsp kosher flake salt and 1/2 tsp garlic powder, instead of the 1/2 tsp salt and garlic salt. Hubby liked this VERY much :)

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Pour marinade over the meat and marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
