      Combine all ingredients.

      Pour marinade over the meat and marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.

      Great marinade! We used it on pork blade steaks. Made the marinade in the morning and let sit in the fridge until it was time to grill. Great flavor! I can only imagine that an overnight rest would be even better. I was out of garlic salt, so instead I used 1 tsp kosher flake salt and 1/2 tsp garlic powder, instead of the 1/2 tsp salt and garlic salt. Hubby liked this VERY much :)

      I was looking for a different marinade for lamb chops and this was very good. (Normally, I use oil, lemon, garlic and rosemary.) Made as directed but I used red wine vinegar which added a nice flavour and marinated for several hours in the fridge. I will try this on steak soon as I am sure it would be great. Thx Oolala!

      I thought that this was dynamite! The flavor was very good with lamb and the meat was very tender.
