I love this recipe because it is simple and easy. This is also very tasty.
- 5 lbs russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- to taste butter
- to taste salt
- to taste paul prudome seasoning salt
- Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain water and add the sour cream and butter and beat until blended and all lumps are gone.
- Add seasoning to taste and serve while hot.
