Wonderful pancakes Chefmick. I usually prefer thin pancakes, but these little treats were so light and fluffy they completely won me over. Great flavor and very quick and easy to make. I will be making these often. I served them with homemade blueberry syrup and a little whipped cream for a truly decadent treat. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
