      Excellent, the chili sauce kind of overpowered the rest of it though so I remade it with only half the amount of chili sauce and it was fabulous. Much better than the average "ketchup with horseradish sauce" type cocktail sauce. It was a bit runnier than than the average cocktail sauce. Thank you for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2009
