Great soup for a cold day. Add 4 more cups of water and 2-3 more boullion cubes to feed a family of 6.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add chicken, boullion, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Boil for 45 minutes.
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Add noodles, celery, carrots.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer 30-40 minutes.
- Put chicken back in and serve.
- Makes great leftovers.
