got this from my daughter in law who got it out of the RobinHood site.
- 24 prepared tart shells
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- Divide raisins among the tart shells.
- In a bowl lightly beat together eggs, brown sugar, corn syup, butter& vanilla.
- Pour over raisins, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake 425 for about 15 min until they puff, they will drop down when taken out of the oven.
- Cool on wire rack.
