I found this recipe in Kids Are Cookin. I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this for safe keeping.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) or 1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup fruit flavored yogurt
- In a blender, combine milk and fruit, blending until smooth.
- Add yogurt and blend at low speed for 1-2 minutes.
We're trying to eat more smoothies and I tried this one and it was very good! I also added some ice cubes and quick cooking oats. Kept us full all morning.
