I have never had asparagus as good as this recipe from my friend Stacy in Virginia. My Hubby and I easily eat an entire bunch in one sitting! This is so EASY!!!


  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Wash the Asparagus.
  3. Cut off the woody ends.
  4. Lay the Asparagus out on a cookie sheet.
  5. Spray with Olive Oil Making sure to coat the spears but not drench.
  6. Bake for 15 Minutes.
  7. Salt or season as you like. My favorite is to use Broiled Steak Season Salt.

This is the only way I make asparagus anymore. I like to grind a little fresh pepper over it and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese before baking. My family won't eat it any other way now!

Great way to make asparagus! I liked that it didn't come out mushy. I sprinkled salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese on it and ate way too many! Made for Best of 2013 Tag.
