    I have never had asparagus as good as this recipe from my friend Stacy in Virginia. My Hubby and I easily eat an entire bunch in one sitting! This is so EASY!!!

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

      Wash the Asparagus.
    3. 3
      Cut off the woody ends.
    4. 4
      Lay the Asparagus out on a cookie sheet.
    5. 5
      Spray with Olive Oil Making sure to coat the spears but not drench.
    6. 6
      Bake for 15 Minutes.
    7. 7
      Salt or season as you like. My favorite is to use Broiled Steak Season Salt.

      This is the only way I make asparagus anymore. I like to grind a little fresh pepper over it and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese before baking. My family won't eat it any other way now!

      I love roasted asparagus and this was very good. I cooked mine a little too long but they still tasted good. Thanks for sharing. Made for Best of 2013 Tag.

      Great way to make asparagus! I liked that it didn't come out mushy. I sprinkled salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese on it and ate way too many! Made for Best of 2013 Tag.
