These pancakes are indeed light and fluffy, which made a nice change for us since we normally have the thin type of pancakes. Just one comment though: there's no way on earth this recipe serves 8. I only got 8 large pancakes, and I would normally serve more than 1 pancake per person! I could have made them a bit smaller and made 10-12 pancakes maybe. I'd say this recipe makes 4 servings (or serves 2-3 hungry people!). Good pancakes though.

These were OK, but too difficult to work with. They break apart easily, burn too fast and aren't as fluffy as I was expecting. I don't think I'd bother with this recipe again. The flavor is good, but the texture isn't great.
