- 473.18 ml broccoli florets
- 473.18 ml mushrooms, fresh,sliced
- 473.18 ml English cucumbers
- 473.18 ml frozen peas, thaw and drained
- 473.18 ml mandarin oranges, drained
- 236.59 ml almonds, sliced,roasted

- 236.59 ml water chestnut, sliced
- 473.18 ml cauliflower florets
- 236.59 ml celery, chopped
- 236.59 ml green pepper, chopped
- 236.59 ml red pepper, chopped
- 118.29 ml green onion, sliced
- 118.29 ml red onion, chopped or rings
- 118.29 ml crumbled bacon, pieces cooked
- 236.59 ml cherry tomatoes, halved

Dressing
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 118.29 ml Miracle Whip (or use All mayonnaise instead of half and half)
- 14.79 ml brown sugar or 14.79 ml white sugar
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese
- 4.92 ml curry powder (optional)
- 118.29 ml shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
directions
- In a large straight-sided glass bowl, layer the lettuce, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber slices, peas and drained mandarin oranges.
- Top with lightly roasted almonds.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Miracle Whip with the brown sugar.
- Mix well and add the garlic powder.
- Spread mixture evenly over salad.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cover and chill 8-12 hours before serving.
