    Cullinaryjudge's Note:

A rich, cheesy biscuit that is good with soup, chilli, or stew. Medium cheese can be used, but sharp cheese will give more flavour.

I have a similar recipe from Company's Coming (calls for only 1 C cheese) that I make often. We love these biscuits with soup. They are so simple and quick to make.

These were pretty good! My DH liked them alot. I do think I cooked them a little too long (dried out a little.) Next time I will take the time to roll them out thick and use a biscuit cutter (I just patted them so they were thinner than called for). I have trouble with biscuits so, overall, these are the best I've made! Thanks!
