For years I have sought out a broccoli recipe that would wow my taste buds - then one day I threw together 3 different broccoli versions from family members and came up with this winner!


  1. Cut the broccoli.
  2. Steam the broccoli for 4 minutes.
  3. Strain the broccoli.
  4. Sprinkle vinegar over broccoli.
  5. Grate cheddar over broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
  7. Cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
  8. Serve immediately!
