This sauce is so delicious. The ingredients make up for what I think is the perfect sauce for Pork Spareribs.

  1. In a saucepan or large skillet heat oil.
  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté 5 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add remaining sauce ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Process in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  6. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use or up to 3 weeks.

I sauteed the onions and garlic, then put everything else in the crockpot with the meat on low all day. I pulled the meat, skimmed the fat off, pureed the sauce and served together. Tasted great! Made for CQ 14.
