"This is the moistest banana bread I have ever had. My family loves it and request it often"

• Serves: 9

ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 3⁄4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup mashed banana

directions

1. blend together.
2. pour into a large loaf pan.
3. bake at 375 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.

This banana bread is great. It is so quick and easy. My husband really like it too (Bonus). I love it toasted with a smear of butter.
