Another of my mother-in-law's famous treats! Her grown children and grandchildren fight over pieces of this delight! A delicious, rich cake... with a top crust that is light and crisp... yum!


  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. soften cream cheese.
  3. Cream the butter in a mixer and add sugar 1/2 cup at a time allowing it to "cream" in-between.
  4. Mix in creamcheese until smooth.
  5. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until smooth.
  6. Add lemon flavor.
  7. Pour in lightly greased bundt or angel food cake pan.
  8. Bake for 1 hr 15 min.
