  4. This is a great tasting low fat chili.
  5. My family loves it.
  6. You can also as pasta if you like as a filler.

This was very easy to make. I am not one of those great cooks, but this made it look easy. I added a bit of hot sauce and cumin to the recipe for flavor. I also used hot chili beans. I will definitely make this again.
