- 4 cups frozen watermelon, chunks
- 4 -6 ounces frozen blueberries
- 1 1⁄2 cups berry juice
- 2 cups ice
directions
- Put all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!

This was luscious and refreshing, tasting a little bit decadent but without any guilt. I used a light cran-raspberry juice which went well with the fruit and added to the beautiful deep red-prple color. This was really quite thick so I did add an extra table spoon or so of juice. [b]Made for PAC Fall 2007[/b]
