This is really great with the fresh fruit.
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
I buy frozen berries specifically for smoothies because of the good price and as a way to get my antioxidants. So other then subbing out frozen for fresh, I followed this recipe as written. The result was almost inedible for me at this point. No sweetness and a really really intense soy taste. So I added a liberal sprinkling of splenda and it became ok. Not fabulous, but healthy and ok to drink. It may be better with fresh, but not so good with frozen unless you use a sweetner. Thanks for a good healthy one to try!
Mmm, this is good. Good flavor without being overly sweet, and satisfying.
