Made your recipe as given using frozen berries, & the soup was really great! Loved the flavor, & the ease of preparation! Will be making this again, using a different berry combo! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Stars recipe tag]

Yum! This was so yummy and refreshing! What a wonderful idea to use up all these blueberries I have here. Thanks for another winner, breezermom.

Very nice! We enjoyed this with just a dot of cream as a nice dessert. Made using a mix of blue berries, blackberries, and strawberries. Like that there is only the natural sweetness of the barriers and the apple juice. Thanks so much for the post.

This soup has a lovely flavour and it made the whole house smell great. I fell in love with cold fruit soups while cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines. This wasn't exactly like their berry soup and I am not sure how to get it there. It does taste lovely. I added about a 1/2 cup of half and half milk to it before putting it in the fridge just to see if it would give the creaminess I remembered. The cinnamon and cloves are absolutely perfect. I should have had enough sense to wrap them in some cheesecloth as, of course, I couldn't find the cloves! I just tell them it is a prize. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for ZWT - X-tra Hot Dishes.

Delicious! I used fresh blueberries and strawberries and it was terrific. The apple juice provided just enough sweetness. I served warm, garnished with sour cream, as a side for some spicy jerk chicken and it was perfect - thanks for sharing the recipe!

This easy recipe is really outstanding. It can be elegant enough for a formal dinner party or comfortable enough to be pulled from the fridge to go with backyard burgers. The flavor is wonderful and again, it could be used as an appetizer or dessert. I chose to skip the garnish but if I wanted to use it I would use the sour cream very lightly sweetened as I personally think that plain sour cream would be a bit harsh with this sweet based soup. I used frozen mixed berries and they worked very well. Some broke up and integrated with the soup and a few remained whole, perfect! Made for Photo Tag.
