- 473.18 ml mixed berries (like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
- 236.59 ml plain yogurt or 236.59 ml dessert tofu
- 1 ripe banana
- 118.29-236.59 ml apple juice
directions
- Place all ingredients in blender and whirl away.
- Start with 1/2 cup apple juice then add more juice to get the desired thickness.
