When I use the yogurt rather than the tofu I make it very thick to start so I can pour some out to freeze into popsicles for my kids.
- 2 cups mixed berries (like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
- 1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu
- 1 ripe banana
- 1⁄2-1 cup apple juice
- Place all ingredients in blender and whirl away.
- Start with 1/2 cup apple juice then add more juice to get the desired thickness.
Very easy to make and great to freeze for popsiciles

very very yummy, I added another banana and only about 1 1/4 cups of berries, I love the banana flavour.
