- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
- 1⁄4 cup fresh berries or 1⁄4 cup frozen berries
- 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- In a blender container combine orange juice, frozen banana pieces, desired berries, and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
