I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Tops courtesy of 3-A-Day Of Dairy. Frozen berries can be used for fresh berries. Rice or Soy milk may be substituted for milk.

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. Note: Extra portions can be refrigerated or frozen for a fast, healthy snack.

An interesting combo of milk & OJ along with the other ingredients! I used at least 1 cup of frozen strawberries & left out the ice, & had a great beverage treat for 2 of us! Thanks for posting the recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC cooking game]
