Nice and easy breakfast, kind of porridge with berries.
- 2 ounces millet
- 1 ounce water
- 1 ounce milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- blackberries or raspberries (etc.)
- 1 tablespoon almonds, fragments
- 2 peppermint extract, leaves
- Boil up millet in water, reduce heat and let millet swell for 15 minutes.
- Stir milk and honey, add cooled millet.
- Sprinkle with berries, almond fragments and peppermint leaves.
