A refreshing, non-dairy smoothie from the LCBO magazine.
- 2 whole ripe bananas, broken into large pieces
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 teaspoons chopped of fresh mint
- mint sprig
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth. Chill mixture in fridge until cold and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
