Thanks for posting Katzen! 5 stars. This is a really great tea. Super thirst quenching. It is slightly sweet but not sugary if that makes sense. Beautiful color. Easy to make and the fresh fruit gives it a pop other teas made with syrup don't have. Really nice. Enjoy! ChefDLH

Really tasty and refreshing! I used red currants and thought the amount of sugar was perfect to take the slight bitterness out of the tea without making it too sweet.

Yummy! I used splenda and strawberries and blackberries. I did not strain, b/c im lazy....but it was still yummy! I just used a slotted spoon and pulled out the big pieces of the fruit. I also used tazo black tea. This is worth making!!!

I'm so used to fixing ice tea with a powdered mix that I've gotten away from making sun tea or any other kind, but with this recipe, that might well change ~ Your recipe gave me not only an enjoyable way of making this beverage, but it also gave us a wonderful treat! Will certainly be making this again & agian during the warm summer months! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hit Wonders tag]

4 1/2 stars. This is a nice, pretty light flavored refreshing drink good for a summers day. I used blueberries and English Breakfast tea. Made for 1~2~3 Hits March 2010 ~ It's Not Easy Being Green!!!

What a lovely, refreshing and healthy summer's drink! I really like the tartness from the berries, which is balanced nicely by the added sweetener. I used 20g agave nectar, which was plenty for me.
My tea was a cherry-black currant one. Mmmmm, YUMMY!
I found your instructions perfect and the recipe overall very easy to make. As Acadia said, definitely worth the extra effort!
Eventhough I made this on a chilly autumn day, it was enjoyed by all as a reminiscence of summer! :)
THANKS SO MUCH for sharing this lovely recipe with us, Kat!

This is a 10 star recipe however, I can only give it a 5. I only used raspberries, blackberries, blueberries as I couldn't find black currants. After cooking the fruit on the stove I let it cool to the point where I could touch it without getting burned. I also used blueberry herbal tea and since I didn't have a cheesecloth I used a Bounty paper towel in combination with the sieve which I have used before as a filter. After a lot of the liquid passed through to the bowl, I then squeezed the paper towel with my hands and was able to remove more juice. Delicious and so worth the extra work. Made for the Veggie Swap Lucky 13.
